On a previous visit, we were told to reschedule after arriving 10 minutes late due to traffic. On other occasions, patients who arrived 20 minutes late were allowed in. It feels inconsiderate, as we make a point to respect appointment times and adjust our schedules accordingly, even taking time off work to attend. It would be helpful if the process could be more consistent and fair for all patients.
Been a dentist referring patients to L&L orthotics for about a decade and now my daughter is being treated by Dr Lavrin who is a very experienced ,knowledgeable and caring orthodontist. Over the past few years, I have also heard lots of positive feedback about being treated at L&L orthodontics from my patients . The staff are very friendly and the environment and set up is very professional. Highly recommended.
I cannot recommend L & L Orthodontics enough. From our first appointment we have been shown customer service that is second to none. The team have always made us feel welcome and cared for. They express a genuine sense of caring for their patients. Out daughter recently had braces fitted and although she was nervous both Linda and Sam explained everything and made her feel at ease.nThanks so much. As parents we could not feel more confident
The professionalism, people and overall experience at L&L was terrific. They were always friendly and happy to explain what was happening during the process. And my son's beautiful smile is a wonderful result!
Everyone that works there has been really friendly and helpful to my daughter Annabelle. She needed braces after an accident when she was little. First needed surgery to expose her tooth then braces to slowly bring it down.nThe orthodontists were really understanding while Annabelle was going through this process and helpful.nWe have had a positive experience at your Templestowe location.
