I absolutely love Mann's Sparkling Wine! Please take note they're specialized in sparkling wine and their grapes are proprietary; only planted in Oz and produced BY HAND until becoming sparking wine. They started selling in August and will close once they're sold out.

Great hidden gem of the Swan Valley, knowledge and stories shared by Dorham when we visited just added to the experience, I'll definitely be back for more. They have a limited run of sparkling and once it sells out they close until the next vintage is ready so check ahead to avoid disappointment.
This place is special. They make French style champagne only and it is absolutely amazing. I personally loved the rose champagne - not too sweet, delicious! The owner is lovely and very knowledgeable. Family Run, small scale and very charming. Well worth a visit!
Without a doubt our highlight of the Swan Valley. His sparkling wines were fantastic and it was refreshing for a vineyard to focus on a couple of wines but do them terrifically. Was great talking to Mr Mann about the process of his wine making and reminiscing about his cricket conquests!
Best experience ever here. Family run business and absolutely fantastic flavours. Will be book soon!
Brilliant champagne. The owner is a gem and what he knows about the history of the valley and wines, particularly the champas is unbeatable. Don't miss out when visiting the region.
