Rang to inquire about their services and time frame as our already-booked removalist cancelled on the day of moving. The woman on the phone was disorganized (did not answer with the company name), incredibly and unjustifiably rude, and condescending as I answered her questions about our load. The receptionist was very unhelpful and unsympathetic towards our situation and I immediately had decided to not use this company, before even receiving the over-priced quote. She recommended I hire a truck and move everything myself.

Great to deal with. These guys are very professional, arrived on time, worked diligently and took great care with our belongings. Can't fault the service recieved.

These guys arrived early were courteous, professional and easy to deal with. Nothing was a problem for them and looked after our possessions from start to finish. Offering at the final destination to put everything where we wanted it. They made the day so easy for us. Having moved a few times in my life they were the best removalists i have ever encountered and wouldn't hesitate using them again or recommending them to anyone else. Thank you!

Very unreliable, tried to charge $200 more on top of the original quote. Then drove off and left us stranded with a whole house of furniture to move in one day. Highly unprofessional and unethical. Please think thice before hiring this company, as you will surley be dissapointed.

HIRE THESE GUYS NOW - YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! Removalists that are honest, efficient, affordable and friendly are a VERY rare find but they are worth their weight in gold. We are somewhat experienced movers, with 8 moves in 5 years, and these removalists are the BEST we have ever dealt with. Main Movers have relocated us from Sydney to Blue Mountains in January 2016, then from Blue Mountains to Wagga Wagga in December 2016. Both moves were stress-free because of Main Movers and we are tremendously grateful. Here is why Main Movers Penrith are worth hiring: 1. You get a quote in advance, NOT an hourly rate that can be exploited by slow, dishonest and inefficient removalists. There are no hidden taxes or surcharges. The quote is all inclusive and final. We paid in advance which meant we didn't have to worry about finding cash or stressing about payment on the day of our move. 2. They will arrive on time, if not 15-20 mins early to inspect the job and plan accordingly 3. They will care for your furniture, belongings and the property. We had no damage to our rental property or our furniture. They wrapped our mattresses, taped drawers shut and did anything they could to help keep our belongings secure. 4. They are very efficient. Our 3 bedroom home was loaded onto the truck in under 2 hours and unloaded in about an hour! Everything was placed where we asked it to be. 5. They speak fluent english, are a genuine and friendly family owned business who give service that is hard to fault. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Main Movers and we are so grateful for their service.
