We recently hired a trucked from Hitchens, we had a great experience and will definatly use them again. The service was very good, fast and friendly. Steer clear. After my booking I went to the office to (thankfully) confirm our already arranged collection time when Trevor (the owner) called from his desk..."Nah...can't do that!" Had to then change the agreed time. Found Trevor to be a bully then, and on another occasion. The combination of storage and removal was also very expensive. All the staff I dealt with, other than Trevor, were exceptional. The removal men themselves, work like dogs and I feel sorry for them that they have such a boss!

It's been 9 months since I used Hitchens to move my belongings into storage while I await my new abode to be built. The guys were friendly and helpful at the move and there facility for storage is excellent. Competitively priced, immaculately clean & organised and the staff are great!
