Absolutely useless company. Beware! No communication over 2 days, goods not even put on truck. They don't give a rat's ass.
The manager of Mainfreight Palmerston North is a disgrace. Do not use these guys you will regret it. The amount of theft is huge and they charge you like a wounded bull.

I have never had so much drama with a courier company. So many phone calls then no communication, then not leaving it when I have given authority to leave. Other times no authority and its been left. You don't make sense then saying don't know when it will be delivered. Make it a priority because you let this family and our little boy down today. Guttering.
Worst company to deal with I never ever recommend them to anyone, but one of my supplier is using these guys unfortunately, what they do I never understood they got the goods in the local depot a week before and we are still waiting that to be delivered, not sure what is the reason for holding the goods in the local depot, they don't understand someone must be waiting for the goods and if you can't deliver on time then you should not be in delivery business. Ridiculous --Worst company-- Big Name with Low Service...Try to avoid them but unfortunately because of them I will have to avoid my supplier who are using them, they loose business from us because of them.
