We had no problems or concerns during our time with Kennards, however I have no doubt if we did have concerns or problems then Kennards would have sorted them out in a professional manner. Exactly what we needed. We required some short term storage for our luggage.The staff were very helpful and we were refunded the time we payed for but didn’t use. Very helpful, friendly and easy to use with 24 hours a day access. Would definitely use again.

The staff are helpful, friendly and professional.  We purchased a few packing cartons for moving.  The staff member was such a pleasure to deal with.  Highly recommend to all.

I loved this place and I'm sad to have to leave. Kennards Self Storage became a second home to me. If a need arises to need to store my things, I would immediately chose them. The atmosphere is so welcoming and they look after their customers well.

Lots of space even in the smallest unit which can fit half a garage space if stacked and are reasonably priced. Long term storage is a cheaper option. The units are quite high so cartons can be stacked high. There's security  cameras so feel safe even in the night.Theres also an option  to put you're recycling  & Rubbish. Boxes can also be purchased. Plenty  of space in the corridors  for sorting etc. They also have a special unit to drop you're courier for pick up from Kennards. I also received a $100 voucher. Dual access from Milson or Rangitikei line. Access is 24/7 you get a pin number to enter the premises.

We have used Kennards Self Storage Palmerston North for over a year - storing deceased estate assets. Units are very secure, easy accessible with the correct clearance, clean and dry even under heavy rainfall - observed two while in the unit. Dealing with Shona Kitchen & Paul from the Palmertson North branch where very relaxed and pleasant. Prior to be able to come to New Zealand, I had to organise everything from Australia which was a breeze while dealing with Shona & Paul. Kennards Self Storage - Palmerston North  Overall score - AA++ Security - AA++ multiple security steps to follow prior to be given access to the compound. Unit security - AA++ Cleanliness - AA++ Assets sheltered from the natural elements - AA++ Recommended - AA++ Would use again - AA++ Friendliness of staff - AA++

This place was the cheapest but also offered the best service. There are no hidden costs, admin fees or anything unexpected. Shona had superb customer service. She rung me instantly to arrange all details and made sure I knew everything I needed to prior to arrival. Due to arriving late at night she made sure my unit could be accessed and again gave me all details I needed to access the premise outside of business hours and followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Kennards storage as a stress free way to store your belongings with ease, comfort and security. Even have trucks available for hire for when you move out. Just love the service provided.
