Maia CrossFit club is an accepting and diverse club that will do everything in their power to help and cater to an individuals fitness needs and goals. The club itself it well resourced with coaches who go out of their way even at 5:30am to make sure you feel comfortable and motivated to get through every workout. I would highly recommend Maia CrossFit club to people of all ages and fitness levels.
We were in Wellington for a few days during our NZ trip and missed working out. We found Maia Crossfit and contacted them if we could do a single class. They responded immediately and this was possible for a good price. We showed up early and got a quick tour through the gym from our coach and met with all the regular crossfitters before class. Everybody was really nice, there was a great atmosphere and the workouts were really good and wearing you out!. The coach gave the right tips and made sure everybody got the best from their workout. The group stayed and chatted a little with us after the session as well so we got some good tips for further traveling. Definately a recommendation for travelers who want to do one or a few workouts when you’re in the area!
Great community around this local Crossfit gym. They organise many useful workshops all year round about eating healthy, goal setting, pelvic floor strength etc. Classes are in the early morning 5.30 / 6.30, lunch time 12 and evening 17.30 / 18.30 every week day, plus some sessions on Saturday and Sunday.
Best crossfit gym in the area. The training style, knowledge, facilities, classes, and community are amazing.
Most excited I have ever been to go and work out. Wonderful coaches and members. Heaps of support and knowledge.
