What an amazing gym, very clean, and well organized layout.  Liana and her amazing coaching team and members were so friendly and hospitable during my visit. As a newbie, I settled in easily and enjoyed the various edible healthy treats provided by Liana.  Thank you for making my workouts as great as they were.

Great amazing team. Liana anf Warren os very friendly and welcoming. Gym is super spacious, clean and bright. Love the community and team effort here. Not your typical group fitness. Definitely worth to give it a try!!

Going to f45 is the highlight of my day. I always feel super satisfied after each session which I was not getting from regular gyms before joining f45. Everyone is super nice and friendly including the staff. Highly recommend :

Amazing! I wasn't the biggest fan of group classes but I am converted. Great location, very good set up and lay out and everyone is super supportive and knowledgeable. Really good times for the classes and a lot of fun extra activities on the go. Would highly recommend if you are a complete novice or an athlete, the coaches do an incredible job of tailoring the exercise stations to the individual, regardless of fitness level. Big fan!

Loving the whole concept, simple, fast and fun exercise. Very friendly community of people, very down to earth and welcoming.

I love F45! The trainers are so cool, & they’re always pushing you to do more than what you think you could do. I was hesitant about joining as I have never done group workouts/classes before, but after my first class at F45 I was hooked and had to sign up. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about joining it to just give it a try!

Such an awesome gym I absolutely love it!! Not only are the classes amazing but the coaches & community feel makes it such a fun & friendly place to train. If you want to seriously improve your fitness & meet some epic people along the way I would highly recommend this gym.

Super welcoming & genuine. Warren, Nisha, Li, Chris and the whole team are great instructors and the classes are really well structured. A real sense of community. Excellent facilities and equipment. 10/10
