Maggies Bridal is an award winning bridal store that has been family owned & operated for nearly 25 years. With over 200 dresses in stock everyone is catered for. Styles to suit all tastes, sizes & budget. Gowns can be purchased from as little as $50 & up to $2500. Debutantes are not forgotten at Maggies with gowns ranging from $50-$900. Maggies Bridal's service is second to none & everyone is welcome. All gowns are available for hire & purchase. Dry cleaning, pressing & alterations service available. Appointments are preferred but not necessary. Come in and enjoy the relaxed, comfortable & fun atmosphere that Maggies has to offer. I am not sure what the other two reviews are talking about but I had a lovely experience and the other future brides that were in the store whilst I tried on dresses on two seperate occasions were all treated respectfully and nurtured in such a way that I would highly recommend them! I just bought my dress today after the patient Christine helped me with loads of dresses. I'm not your typical bride, had put off trying dresses (almost for too long!) but was welcomed and shown that it can be a fun experience. I was sensitive about two issues: size and price; but they managed to present me with options and help a bride who is nauseated by all the fuss around weddings, to fall in love with a dress - within my budget. Realistic, polite, helpful and super lovely. Highly highly highly recommend!

This was my first time in a bridal store and it was an absolute joke. My briidesmaid and I walked in at 10am on a Sunday just to browse and get an idea of what I wanted to wear for my wedding in April. First we were greeted by the shop assistant and asked if one of us was getting married, before I could even respond she answered her own question saying 'No?' Assume much? Uh yes me! We were then ignored for 10 minutes while we browsed through the horrid selection of thick satin and stiff tulle. Lastly I asked the assistant for some advise as I have lost alot of weight and still have a little bit to go Im not sure when the right time to buy a dress is without having to alter it too much. I mentioned that I have lost 60kg in the last 10 months and she said 'JESUS! How big were you?!!' Despicably rude, it makes my blood boil. I would never recommend this shop, surely the $2000 your looking at shelling at for a dress would cover some sort of customer service....even in Dandenong. WORST start to shopping for my wedding dress.
