Madison Spa Motel Resort

We have been coming here for years with children and this time we came last weekend and had not been turned away with a 15 yr old son and only yesterday we went with another family only to be turned away as the new managers have new rules and policies. NO FAMILY ENVIRONMENT😠 there were 5 adults and 3 children- so a loss for them of 6 massages! Entry now full price as walk ins (normally half price if buying cocktails drinks and food) . On an aveage we would spend $150 on drinks and food. More than any ordinary couple would spend. Totally disgusted. We travelled half hr to get there only to be turned away and they weren't even busy. I noticed a change in the atmosphere and the lack of beauticians and therapists that were no longer there. So they have cut back on great service. Cutting corners is not always the best for a new business. Slack, hopeless and extremely disappointing.

there were kids in the pool and people screaming and playing around with balls in the pool at an "Adult only" resort. Our soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were left empty in our room and the air conditioner leaked water. The spa in the room was lovely and the complimentary stuff was nice to. The wifi was not very good though! The pool was nice and refreshing and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend people to stay their a few days but don't go on the school holiday period.

Service was good but the food let this place down. 4 main meals to choose from, comes in a big plate with a little meal in the middle. Vegetables were still very hard not cooked properly. No sauce with the meal. Over priced for what you getting. This is not traditional Vietnamese food.

Loved the room the view was beautiful the bed was comfy and the spa was nice. Couldn't get on to the Wifi the whole 2 nights we were there and the TV dropped out. The pina coladas by the pool were great but the weather turned cool and the pool was freezing. The indoor spa was nice and warm but couldn't get the sauna working. But the most disappointing thing was the couples massage. For $100 each it was not worth it. There was no music and they didn't massage the front side of your legs. We didn't try the food. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
