First visit, but holy cow the burger was delish! Customer service was very friendly, though good food is my main priority. The shop layout is really nice and the air con was icy cold. I love the tiling colour.  Well done and please keep up the good food :)

My partner and I ordered two Vegan burgers on the menu. There was a surcharge for vegan. We asked the girl if the ingredients that  weren't vegan are substituted and she said yes. A few minutes later we decided to also order chips and since none of the sauces were vegan, I asked what I was getting in our burgers. The second girl told me they just take out the ingredients with animal products. I told her the other girl I ordered with lied to me and she shrugged her shoulders and said she is new. The place was empty but our meal took 20 minutes. Charging extra for removing ingredients is discrimination plus the staff lied and gave us appalling service. And to top it off my burger was barely warm. Absolutely disgraceful, I would be embarrassed to own this establishment.

I'll get the negatives out the way first: I've been to this establishment several times, and each time the food has been very, very slow to arrive (at least twenty minutes). The staff could be a little more attentive- I find that when you are waiting to order they often stand with their back to you and it takes a while before they notice you. Also, the website could be more user-friendly for those ordering online. The process for placing the order is unclear, with confusing error messages.

On the positive side, I have found their burgers and fries absolutely delicious. Sure, their food is pricier than places like Macca's or Hungry Jacks, but it's vastly superior in quality. So I'll be back again.

Great food and great environment. Although upon opening, service was a little slow but it has definitely increased with a spike! Staffs were friendly and burgers were delicious! Definitely a great place to bring my family

My partner order from here occasionally and it's our favorite local place for burgers. Standard is consistent, chips and burgers are great. Average prices (not the cheapest) however good value for the quality.
