Overall an excellent experience. Apart from the chicken dish the one with stuffed prawns and scallop other items were great. Yummy dips with bread. Lamb shoulder is highly recommended, so is the mixed grill platter for two. Other items were good too including the calamari. Fast and good service. Staff are friendly and overall a great experience. A place I would recommend. Parking: The street parking next to the restaurants are for 15 minutes only, so better to park a block away where 2P is available.
“Get ready to be blown away” First time eating in a Greek restaurant and we just LOVE it! The portion is just generous. The flavours marvellous. Definitely will return for more with more people to share it with Ah! Also the staff are amazing! Definitely a place to keep coming to. #bulgogi_n_rendang
Truly the best Greek restaurant in the region. The food here speak for themselves. We ordered a seafood platter and there was so much food and good food too! The bread and dips were also of the highest standards. Definitely a must try. Regards @fooderarriFood: 5/5
Amazing food! Surprised my partner by going here as a treat after his continues complaining on how we only manage to find average dinners together. He was shook with how good the food was, reminded him of when he use to live overseas. Snapper was to die for, happy smiling owners, perfect atmosphere, can’t wait to see the new store open! We wanted to have a good hearty meal when we are at Geelong. A good Greek meal was what we craved and Mavs didn't disappoint us. A good lovely staff who was always happy to suggest. We decided to try local Greek dish along with our regular favourite Souvalki. The slow cooked lamb shoulder was perfectly cooked with meat falling off in harmony. It was good size too. Souvalki with its tzatziki n pit bread was awesome too. Highly recommend this place for both food and its service.
Had a beautiful tasty lunch at Mavs today. Friendly service .Tasty greek food the grilled calamari beautifully presented.The succulent lamb gyro was delicious and reasonably priced worth a visit .
The food was some of the best Greek food I've ever had. Service was a bit slow but I do believe the staff on shift was new. I'd recommend all the dishes that we tried, which was the Keftedes, octopus and lamb souvlaki. Soooo tasty!!Food: 5/5
What a hidden little gem tucked away in the back streets of Geelong. We tried the sampler deal for two @ $60 per head. Wow! Definitely try it, you'll thank me later.

What an amazing experience! Arrived on a busy night without a booking but that was no problem for the smartly dressed host. He found us a table with little to no fuss. Food was outstanding as was the service. Had the meat platters for our table and a few delicious cocktails. Asked who the manager was to give praise to for the venue and one of the waitresses told us it was actually the host Paul, but you wouldn’t know it as he was also taking orders, clearing tables and serving food. What a way to lead the team. They have recently won awards and we can see why. Will be back for sure and will recommend to all our friends.
