I've been told a lot about five guys and how great their burgers were so was really excited to try it out but I can honestly say: i've had a better burger at a McDonald's. Chips had way too much salt on and tasted like they had been sitting there for ages. They were lukewarm and not very nice. Chips are fried in peanut oil and were really fatty. Burgers were really poor quality and everything from the patty to the burger itself was just poor. It took a long time from order to receiving the food and the place was really quiet. Tables were adequately clean.  It's now 2hrs since I've eaten and I still feel queasy.  Toilets are upstairs. There is one disabled toilet downstairs with a baby change table but everything past the cooking area smelt of urine so I wasn't particularly happy to have my kids on it.  All in all: avoid this restaurant. There's much better ones in the local area.  Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available. No kids seating and didn&#39;t see any high chairs  Dietary restrictions: Very limited information available on the board and little awareness from the staff

Burgers are superb, hard to find a fault really. Chips have too much salt for my liking and I do love salt! Handy tip: order less chips than u think as their portion size is massive! Beer, chips and a burger... Great way to start the weekend!

A welcome addition to the area, it does trade a lot on its name, the burgers are nice but a little expensive really. Shake was really tasty. There was no real queue to get served, but a bit of a wait before actually getting the food.

Just amazing! The food, service and salted caramel milkshake were fantastic! In addition, Stacey was sooo attentive and asked us if we enjoyed our meal and if there was anything we needed. Highly recommended.

Good burger, nicely cooked. Only went fir a cheese burger with mayo, lettuce, onion and ketchup, small fries and drink but was enough to fill me up. I like that you can get either sachets of ketchup or larger pots as well as their own five guys mayo and free refills!

First experience trying five Guys... Heard so much about it and the experience was amazing. There was a tall Asian man who really helped deliver the best experience. I think he was the manager of the store and customer service was A one! My daughter loved their shakes!!!! Most places I've visited any burger place I usually find it quite dirty but this branch was clean and I felt comfortable taking my kid with me... Really child friendly

Undeniably good burgers and chips. Unless you're allergic to peanuts then you would need to steer clear! Pricey but honestly it tastes like a real burger and you get to choose any toppings you like. The interiors are unique to the chain but just lack a certain something. You kind of feel like its not somewhere to hang around. But then its a takeaway first, eat in second. MIssing the days of Johnny Rockets American diners...but this is sort of similar.

Update 22/10/22 oh boy what a disappointment had to order have the  twice once because the delivery was the wrong order then the replacement was wrong as well but I couldn't be bothered to re-ring to sort it out, it a burger for Christ sake how difficult can it be to get right. Normally good hope this is an off day.  Great burgers good friendly service relaxed atmosphere, if your looking for a burger that will satisfy them here is the place  Wheelchair accessibility: Good access in and to the counter, although counter is high I&#39;m 6&#39;2&quot; and it comes chest height but there is good space to move around

Don't believe the order times on Deliveroo, I ordered a milkshake  and fries not exactly complex for my daughter as a treat snack, 25 - 30 mins delivery time, showed on the app that the driver was there in 15 mins but it took them 40 mins to make a shake and fries. Got the order after nearly an hour!

Be careful when ordering through Deliveroo. On more than one occasion we have had items missing from the order e.g. order burger and fries but they only deliver the burger, or incorrect items delivered e.g. order a large fries but they deliver regular fries instead etc. Maybe they just have a problem with fries. Annoying though. Enough to order burger and fries from somewhere else next time.
