Arrived at a very busy time, waiting time seemed a little long, but they appeared to be short one staff member. Much to my surprise, my order arrived in less than 60 seconds after placing it and I exited ahead of a few people who placed their orders before me, however, I believe that may have been in part due to my having showing appreciation to the staffer who served me. This was my first visit to the Thames store and I found their food quality was certainly better than the Waihi and Tauranga KFC branches.

Was nervous because there were not many people but the food tasted freshly-cooked. The dining tables were not really clean but the bathrooms were well kept.

This place has toilet facilities, tables & seats outside, has a carpark, & a drive - thru, big windows to see outside, comfortable seating inside, good service at the counter.

Menu printed too small. Really hard to read. Lobw the spicy wings though.
