Very unprofessional business. When carrying a fully loaded truck (rego TIPPIN) your company needs to be tarping any debris and rock. It is unacceptable and pretty sure illegal to be driving down the freeway with rocks flying everywhere hitting other cars as this could potentially cause a serious accident. When I brought this to your General Managers attention I was overspoken, yelled at and quickly brushed off and hung up on. Highly unprofessional and dealt with in a very child like matter. Luckily I have car Insurance and have had to repair the affects of your companys utter neglagence myself. I never even got to the point of asking for compensation whilst just bringing this matter to your companys attention but was quickly accused of being a liar and trying to get compensation. I have a brand new Nissan Dualis and going into a long wknd do you really think I have time for that crap? Your General Manager seriously needs a lesson in professionalism and ethics. If this is the image you want to give your company then I would be very ashamed and embarassed. I will be notifying the appropriate authorities about this.
