Signed a contract with them Oct 2016, no progress since Aug 2017 (LOCK-UP). Now (Feb 2018) I have to go through dispute and legal process as there is no communication.

Couldn't be happier with this bunch, they definitely have listened to our needs. Sure there are some issues that arise but they have delivered well within contract time. The team has improved a lot during the time we were building with them, Anthony has been excellent since taking over from the old supervisor leaving due to health reasons and John has been a real gentleman. Modra homes are a trustworthy builder, thank you Modra!

Good company, some problem we had with cooling but fixed everything with warranty, Stefan was very good. If my wife and I build again another house, most definitely will go for Modra hands down

Never build with them. 
They were only good at the start but as soon as you signed the contract you will hardly hear   from them, the owner (jan) will actually not answer your call or call you back either,he will only talk to you via email when he feels like it. Land settled Aug 2015, house got turned over sept 2016, it wasnt even smooth turn over either, they couldnt fix the gas on the day.  
Im still dealing with them with the defects. 
Unfortunately my parents built at the same time as I did, heaps of issues as well, they upgraded and paid for a tri lock but they mistakenly put standard lock and wont rectify at it at all. 
I dont even rate them as 1 star at all I just dont have a choice.
