Beware they want your bond. They gave me entry photos and when I left they got a cleaner to clean what was clearly dirty upon entry. I rang the manager and he just said he didn't have the time to go through the photos of the poor condition of the property given to me by them upon entry. I actually left the property in better condition than when I found it. Has to be dealt with by RTA and it should not have.

We bought a house through Liz. She was absolutely fantastic. Couldn't recommend her enough, we will definitely be using her if we rent or buy in the future.

horrible experience on leaving Property. My neighbour Janine and myself had a horrible experience with them. They would expect you to leave the property as brand like never been used. My cleaner have to go 3 times, i have hired a handyman to fix the stuff even then these guys were demanding to paint the whole bedrooms and nearly whole house.  i ended up raising the matter with RTA

DONT Recommend them at al.
