Absolutely pathetic. Avoid at any and all costs.
Rented through them for 3 years and did everything by the book during and upon ending our tenancy.
They tried to make ridiculous claims on our bond which lasted 6 months before we came before the tribunal, and we received it back in full.
On top of that the 'property manager' was arrogant, rude and overly smug.

Extremely rude and dismissive when we first moved in and had trouble with our gas stove that was eventually replaced by landlord. The place was filthy when we moved in and stunk like cigarettes, hadn't been professionally cleaned for 6 months before we moved in and they are keeping our bond because we cleaned it ourselves on moveout rather than spend money on cleaners and we still left it in better condition than it was when we moved in! So very happy that we don't have to deal with them anymore!! Disgraceful Hugh Reilly!

Would never rent through them again. Avoid Hugh Reilly at all cost. Having worked in the industry and parents having serval rental properties around town I know how things are meant to go. My partner I just bough our first home so we had to break lease. We advertised the rental for Hugh Reilly, showed more than 10 groups through and found the new Tenant (at a higher rental income as well). We did everything we could to help the situation and Hugh Reilly did nothing but make it hard. 

If possible would give them 0 stars.

Anonymous review for personal reasons. No communication whatsoever towards myself in vacating. Carol did not speak politely at all to me and so left angry 😡 after speaking with her. Lovely ladys otherwise behind the counter and Jacinta is very understanding. Won't be going through that again anytime soon or until someone else who is more understanding can communicate with me properly.
