All these bad reviews are clearly from people who diddnt get the bbq pork ribs. On top of that the service was 8/10 the others I was dining with all enjoyed their meals too I would recommend to every one

Have had a wonderful meal at Macs Steakhouse tonight. Duck pate entree was amazing and the steak main well done cooked to perfection.Will be back again next time visiting Rotorua. Thanks for a wonderful meal

Fantastic friendly service! Delicious food at a great price! We went for dinner it was excellent so went back for breakfast and service and food was equally delicious! Great food, price with excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere what more can you ask for!? Highly recommend its our go too when in Rotorua

Food was really good. Service a little slow with a big wait between entree and mains. Can recommend the lamb rump steak and my wife said the duck was amazing.

Lively place, friendly staff. Nice food. Quick and efficient. We had steak with mushroom sauce.

Great food and service and reasonably-priced  meals. Two meals we had were pork belly with mashed potatoes and cooked vegetables and Angus sirloin steak with fries and a crispy lettuce salad.
