Booked in my car for a service at 1230. Instead of waiting there with my 2 boys decided we’d go to the local shops and the receptionist agreed it was fine and they’d call when the car was done. An hour and a half had passed and I’m thinking surely it’s done by now and they’ve just forgotten to call. Head back for the car to be parked in the same spot UNTOUCHED. Incredibly frustrating. Will not be returning.

I drove in for urgent wof without appointment on a Saturday morning and these guys sorted it out on the spot, even though they were short staffed.

Visited here a year ago. Car failed a WOF on a worn suspension bushing. But suspected the fault was not true. Took it to VTNZ and got the senior inspector to check the fault and his colleagues couldn't see any issues with the fault raised. So took it back and complained and they just passed it. So little unsure what there were trying to pull. On another occasion my car came back with a scratch on left hand door and marks around the engine bay where they had been working. Very friendly service from the owner/manager. But overall disappointed with the service on a couple of occasions so stopped coming here.

Friendly staff, outsourced parts for my car & gave me written quotes. Job done in a timely manner, I'm a very happy customer.

Mac's Auto Clinic is a fantastic business worth checking out for any whom are interested, the customer service provided was amazing in fact going out of their way to make the customer happy. I've been there several times, most recently to get some repairs on my car done for my WOF. I had an issue with a seatbelt that wouldn't retract fast, I came to Mac's Auto Clinic for a second opinion after I had been quoted $450 for a new seatbelt. As someone who isn't exactly knowledgeable about cars I would've likely paid the amount but Mac's Auto Clinic offered to lubricate the seatbelt which they did and it now retracts normally again and saved me a minimum of $400 easily. This experience alone having seen I wasn't exactly knowledgeable and would've likely accepted a repair I didn't need and instead informing me of a significantly cheaper option solidified my opinion of this business. Mac's Auto Clinic and Tyre Services are both trust worthy and offer an incredible and affordable service to those who may read this post. If you're in need of a WOF or any other repairs I highly recommend giving these guys a shot, they will not disappoint.Service:&nbsp;Tires

Love these guys Prices/service/staff/receptionist  awesome  receptionist,ever seen one run for you?? She awesome always helping customers,in and out of building getting people served once they arrive,love you gurl  she makes them look good

The car service was excellent, WOF was fast, and any issues they were also able to resolve right away and price is fair too . I did feel sorry for receptionist she looked very tired but she was still helpful too.

I've been to Mac's Auto Clinic on  more than one occasion and found  them, quick, capable,  reasonably priced  and easy to deal with. I can trust  them to provide me with ligitiment  deals, the reason I say that is I've  had dodgy dealings in the past.  Dave Clarke
