Received the product used already, then I tried to contact the agent her name Jacinta, she said that the product is new and we will never sell a used product. So disappointed

Cassie and Elena are absolute angels! I booked the wrong appointment for a different date and they managed to help me out and do my makeup regardless. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my makeup done in Sydney!

The staff were so lovely and so helpful, they helped me find the products right for me, and even went to a different store to get me a free gift for my upcoming birthday because they didn’t have any left in their own store!

Love MAC products… those get 5 stars … the service gets zero stars….  very disheartening to be spoken to so poorly by staff …
