I bought a few things here and the sales assistant put the wrong product my the bag - I realised when I got home. I took it back with the receipt of purchase and asked to exchange it for the product I actually asked for, the very unhelpful sales assistant said the ‘blue mascara’ was in the wrong box. Not my problem as I didn’t ask for blue mascara. Appalling service, waste of my time - I didn’t get the product I asked for - she kept the blue mascara. I will also be making a complaint to Westfield, I’m sure this is not even legal.
