I went to the Enex Perth store with a pair of leggings that got a hole within the first year. I was served by a girl called Megan and it was the best exchange experience I’ve ever had. She made sure an exchange was what I wanted and no questions asked she swapped them. I was even allowed to size down as the size I had was too big for me now. I HIGHLY recommend this store and Megan! She was very accommodating and a lovely person. I will definitely be back ☺️

Went in for a yoga mat, which I bought, but only because I was desperate. The store is lovely, the staff was terrible. Upon entering, I was asked if I "was alright there." I said, I was looking for a yoga mat, the sales girl pointed to them, then promptly went back to having a personal conversation with another employee. I spend 15 mins in the store, no one spoke to me again until I was ready to check out with my yoga mat. The checkout process was just as lacking in customer service as the rest of the exchange. I said, "thank you" to the same sales rep 3 times (the last just to see if she'd respond) and I wasn't thanked once. I'm a yoga instructor, but won't be going back here.

All staff are always kind and helpful. The products are amazing and the layout of the store makes it easy for you to find what you are looking for. Lululemon has a running group that runs every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at different locations. So I highly recommend popping in this store for shopping, knowledge and to join a group of health unthusiasts!

I think because I'm a chubby chops they didn't really want to help me. Never mind. If you're thin, they have a great selection of nice stuff.
