Car Service and extras needed. Everything was excellent except the brakes are now squeeling after Brake pads were replaced. Chappy said use them a bit and if they are still squealing he will come back. Never had this happen to any of my cars in the 50 years that I've been driving when the break pads have been replaced, so find this strange. Maybe it's a new thing is it?
Matthew V30 has done an absolutely first class job of sorting out the serious mechanical issues that I had with my 2006 E63 MERC, half the price Mercedes wanted to charge and a much better job with all the work being done in my driveway so I know without any doubt at all that the work truly has been done and was necessary not just a plus plus add on. Matthews advise actually saved my car from potential catastrophic failure if I had not taken that advice and rectified the hidden issues that he then discovered in the transmission. I had a job in for a transmission service at 8:00am took time off work for this and they send me a text at 7:16am saying they where going to be here at 8am get an email at 7:45am stating it had been canceled. called them up and they had put down that apparently i called and emailed to cancel my service which was a lie i did no such thing. I asked to speak to a manager and wasn't put through. lady called maz was rude and unprofessional stating that she wasnt the one that canceled well either did I. ill take my business elsewhere
Such a dodgy exchange! I was told the battery was the problem Which I knew wasn't!! And i insisted the battery wasn't the problem and that it was a brand new battery too. But Mark wouldn't have it and billed me for a completely new battery! the original quote was $170 which shot up to $500 because of a battery i didn't want! After the new battery was installed SHOCK the car still didn't work, and ol mate mark didn't know why and said he'd get someone else and left. Just threw parts in the car hoping it would work, took my money and left. TLDR: Billed me an extra $330 for a battery i didn't want, didn't fix squat, took my money and left.Service: Electrical
Excellent service. Very knowledgable and clean, punctual friendly service mechanic. Having a mobile fleet means we can't afford down time with vans off the road, these guys do everything to ensure expidient timeframes.
Received service from a wonderful mechanic Kyle V43, very experienced, professional and friendly mechanic. Involved me in everything he was doing to my car. Happy with the service and have recommended the organisation to my friends and family. The only issue I had was it was extremely expensive. First of all used you a lot of times in past and had no problems, but today i had outlined the excat problem to you before coming and even got a quote off you for the job to be done which was fine but on arrival you decide to hike your prices because the job needed something at the workshop which you knew about before coming to the job as a bearing can not be put in without a press which I outlined already then decide to charge a extra 240 dollars for it. Absolutely ridiculas and the last time I will use you
I used the mobile component. Robel the mechanic is one of the nicest, helpful, courteous, person I've met in a long time. Rings when he's on his way, apologises profusely if he neds to go & get parts etc. Informative, checked brake pads for wear, checked tyre pressure, all fluids were seen to. Great bloke, I'd recommend him to anyone.Service: Oil change
