Lowrie Kent Conveyancing is owned and operated by Helen Kent, a Licensed Conveyancer with over 30 years experience in the industry.

Helen was the first State President of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers Tasmanian Division.

We will arrange for all the necessary paperwork and searches and complete the settlement process on your behalf, including attendances on your lender if you are not providing funds for your purchase or need to pay out a loan when selling.
