Some of the lawyers there are really helpful and professional.  Some just try to finish talking to you as early as they can.  The female Asian lawyer with glasses is a standout.  She's always been so patient and eager to help and everything she told me was proven correct.

I was helpless and desperate before I came to this place. For an international student, I barely have the knowledge about the law and the rights of people here. The legal aid  service is wonderful. And the people here are all kind and friendly. Especially I would like to appropriate the assistance from Angie. As her name implied, she is an Angle indeed. She listened carefully and patiently. Also she try her best to provide me the professional and useful advises about the law and how it works in Australia.
