Worst customer service, was in there today 09/09/22. The Woman behind the counter was so rude and had the worst attitude. Honey if you are not enjoying your job step away from the counter, maybe they should put you in the back room to Unpack boxes. Needless to say I walked away without purchasing anything.
To the boomer who works at Lowe's, today my partner was deeply offended by the sarcastic comments about sizing his work pants. You were that rude the young lady who was your side kick was red with embarrassment. And when my partner clearly stated he was offended you offered no apology with poor pathetic customer service. The only reason he shopped there was because this local business is the only one stocking his specific work uniform needs. Will gladly drive to Toowoomba to buy next time. Will also be contacting head office. You should consider retirement asap.
Yesterday was at lowes the Older lady that works there was on her mobile phone taking a personal call beause i could hear everything she was saying i was waiting for service still on her phone so i looked around went back to her and she still on her phone for a few mins i was still waiting than she asked me what do u need i ask some service would be nice she continued on her phone call still !! so i walked out and spent my money at big w instead bad Customer Service .
Lady that was working on 15.08.22 was very rude
