Everyone is amazing and always so helpful. Just wanted to express my gratitude for this particular store because they actually do go above and beyond in customer service again and again. Thank you again.
Bought item online. Their return policy says the store will accept online returns. Drive 2 hours to the store to be told they won't return the item.
Went to Big W Dalby this morning at 9.30am and found product we needed. Went to check out and no staff available at check out. Asked staff member at self serve check out if manned registers are open and they said yes and called someone to come and serve us but no one arrived after 10 minutes so we left without purchasing our product - $100 - going elsewhere now. Pathetic customer service. Tried to call store to give feedback to manager but phones are only manned Mon-Fri.
Clean well set out fully stocked and friendly staff.
Price is not fair enough and service satisfaction. Thank you for the friendly service
