My two previous visits have been disappointing. I used to enjoy this clinic as you could build rapport with the vets. They’re always different vets when you attend now.nI was told my dog needed to put on weight so, over 12 months he put on 3kg, when we returned to the vet their year I was told he was now overweight The vet decided this by simply looking at my dog, his ribs are easily feltnThe outdoor sand area allocated for dogs to toilet has now been overrun with weeds and there is a bin overflowing with full poo bags.nnI used to have really good experiences with this clinic so this was really disappointingnnThe receptionists & nurses were and have always been lovely.
Very affordable services, a good experience being served by staff, polite friendly and experienced. Unfortunately we did feel rushed along especially when it came to taking our dog out of the room to go for a blood test. Time to voice any concerns, seek approval and/or explain processes would have been greatly appreciated.nOtherwise, thanks to the Lower Plenty Team for their assistance!
Stephanie is who you are usually greeted by and she’s literally like a ray of sunshine, he customer service is absolutely outstanding! Always smiling, always caring with both my furry best friend & me, I even got a check in call to see how we were both doing!nUnfortunately my little girls needs are complex so it’s not somewhere I can afford to continue to go regularly however would most definitely if I was able & will if we need to!
A very caring, highly skilled team, who have successfully nurtured both my kitty cat Crumpet, and me !! through a health challenge and surgeries. Highly recommend.
We travelled 50 mins from Wallan to fix our pup at this clinic at 8:00am. Outstanding service, right from our initial phone call through to treatment. Girls at reception were punctual which for some reason is rare and knowledgeable with extremely fair pricing. Such a contrast from what we've dealt with in the past. We were quoted $200.00 + more from our local clinics with appalling service... Received detailed correspondence of the procedure and costs involved via email in a timely manner prior to our appointment to ensure our pup was ready to go upon arrival! Cannot recommend Lower Plenty Vet Clinic any more, in fact I WILL be recommending this clinic to all friends and family afar. Thank you so much for treating our little Boris!! ‍
