Story

At both our two branches found on the NSW Shoalhaven and South Coast, we strive to provide our patients and their owners with exceptional service. We combine care with compassion to ensure that your pet stays well throughout their entire life. To achieve this level of care, all our team members regularly attend conferences and seminars to hone their skills in veterinary medicine and pet care. We are dedicated to provide the services that you require and appreciate your feedback and suggestions.

As veterinary health advisors, we are more than just your animals' surgeons. We're also their dentists and nutritionists, their cardiologists and radiologists, their pharmacists and intensive care teams.

Our North Nowra Veterinary Hospital is open on Sunday's for appointments and in case of emergencies please call our direct line and your will be transferred to the after hours emergency veterinarian.

If I could give 100 stars I would in a heartbeat. The staff at Jervis Bay have always been incredibly friendly and understanding with the fact my dog would wait in the car until they were ready for her but it's the last month or so that they've really been there for me and my family during such a tough time. From learning that my dog had cancer, to the operation to get the tumour out, to putting her to sleep not two weeks later they were there every step with advice and support. They would call to check in and showed an incredible amount of empathy on that last day. The staff here are wonderful. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else
We recently had our dog euthanised at the clinic. All of the staff were fantastic and handled a very sad situation really sensitively and professionally. Our family was really grateful. We were even sent a beautiful card with our dog’s nose and paw print and a lovely message. It’s pretty amazing having strangers look after you so well at such a tough time. Thanks so much to everyone at the Jervis Bay Veterinary Clinic.

Professional, highly skilled, compassionate and dedicated team of veterinarians and nurses. Our naughty dog has been a patient at both the Jervis Bay Vet Clinic and North Nowra Vet Hospital for routine appointments, surgeries, and emergency after-hours visits thanks, corn cob!, and we have always been so grateful for their services. We’ve found them to be honest, and their prices reasonable for the exceptional level of care they provide to our regional area, which lacks nearby specialist and dedicated 24/7 emergency facilities
We have been taking our cats to Dr David for several years and have always appreciated his care. Dr Best is also a lovely young man. Thank you for your continued outstanding care of Fluffy and Nancy !
We started taking our 3 dogs and 2 cats to JBVC about 5 months ago and are so extremely impressed with the knowledgeable, thorough and incredibly generous service of the vets here. Particular shout out to David and Sam, thank you for answering all our questions always so patiently and looking after our pets!
Excellent animal care. Great staff and reasonably priced. The only issue is you still have to wait outside which in the pouring rain means sitting in your car with a howling cat. That's the only reason for losing one star! Thoroughly recommend it.
