We recently contacted Lovelight for a quote for blinds and a plantation shutter. Benita from Lovelight promptly came around with a large array of samples and while measuring up made a suggestion for curtains instead of blinds for our retractable doors/windows. After some hesitation on my part I asked Benita to revisit our home to further discuss the curtain option. Benita very willingly visited a second time and convinced me (along with the help of one of my friends) curtains were the best option. We now have the blinds, curtains and plantation shutter installed and we are truly delighted with the results. One blind had a problem which was immediately addressed and replaced. The service Lovelight provided was extremely price competitive and professional from first contact with Benita to the installers who were punctual, efficient and unlike many installers, even took their packaging away with them. We are thrilled with the products and service Lovelight provided and highly recommend this company.

Customer service was rude, slow & inflexible. Product & installation is fine but the whole process took weeks. It felt like I was paying a broker to order a blind from another country, once it arrived they organised a tradesperson to install it. I could understand paying a high price for this service if they actually provided great customer service but it felt like we were just an inconvenience to them. Also had to take 3 days off work so that it was convenient for them to send someone to 1-Quote, 2-measure, & 3-install.
