We have had a positive experience purchasing our Karina lounge suite from Lounge Life. Our first visit we helped by Zara. Zara guided us through the store and helped us when we’re deciding on a lounge we liked. We were given a quote for the sale price giving us time to think about it and measure our space to ensure it fits. We went back seven days later to pay for the lounge. This was a positive experience again and guidance was given around delivery and Assembly. Highly recommend Lounge Life for customer service.
Friendly, welcoming and well informed staff made buying my new dream lounge super easy. I was kept fully informed from purchase to delivery and the delivery crew were super friendly and got my new lounge safely into position and cleaned up and removed all the packaging with a smile. Can't recommend Lounge Life Salisbury enough .

Fantastic service and super pleased with our sofa! It was a super easy process from choosing, ordering thanks to Zara for her wonderful service and having our couch delivered. The quality of the lounge is also fantastic! We will definitely be recommending to all our family and friends, as well as purchasing future couches from lounge life.
Let me start this review by saying this is a genuine review. I only met Yasmin for the first time when I visited the Salisbury Lounge Life showroom and I have no connection to Lounge Life. From the moment my husband and I entered the showroom, Yasmin couldn't be more helpful. If you're looking for someone who will assist you to style your loungeroom, not just sell you a sofa, I highly recommend Yasmin. She was very knowledgeable about colour tones, shades etc and understood exactly what I wanted to achieve to style my loungeroom. Nothing was too much trouble for Yasmin. She even looked after our dog outside on one visit, so my husband and I could look together to confirm our purchase. Now that's what I call going above and beyond customer service. I would have no hesitation recommending Lounge Life & Yasmin to family and friends if they were looking to purchase a lounge. Give Lounge Life a look, you wont regret it as they have a great selection of quality lounges and custom made options.
Just laid down a deposit for our new lounge thanks to the lovely Zara. She took me through all options that would fit into our home. Knowledgeable and a lovely gentle nature - so refreshing to deal with such a polite person who doesn’t need to push as the quality of their product speaks for itself. Thanks Zara. Further to our ordering process - we waited patiently for our lounge to arrive, and as is the case in most purchases post Covid, we waited a little longer. When it finally arrived on the back of a huge truck driven by two very happy and helpful young men - we couldn’t have been more happy with this beautiful quality of leather. Communication with customers could be a little better - but on the whole - we are totally thrilled with our new lounge. Thank you LL and the friendly staff who helped us welcome this beautiful piece into our home.
Fast, friendly, expert service Yasmin with a great competitive sale price. The Karina fabric lounge has great back support yet comfortable. I can reach the floor with the adjustable back put forward, and curl up with it back.
Yasmin and the team at Lounge Life are an absolute pleasure to deal with, Yasmin goes above and beyond to help choose the perfect lounge, the office team are also just as great, helping with a smooth process and ensuring delivery is on time which is not always easy in these current times. I highly recommend this company for price and customer service! The staff at Lounge Life Salisbury were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We got exactly what we wanted for half the price of other Big Furniture stores and it was available now, instead of waiting 3 months.
