I've had a nightmare of an experience with LJ, particularly with the 2 sales girls at this store visited on Thursday at 1 pm who were extremely extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I went in to return some faulty items that I bought online. They immediately disregarded what I said and refused to believe that the items were "faulty" without even checking the products or the measurements. They asked me to check online which I had already done a few times. The online folks asked me to go to a store or pay $11 for shipping to get the items "assessed". Note that they may still not accept it. The store girls said they can't accept it in the store. I spent nearly $400 on items that don't even fit me and nobody is willing to accept the items back. The sales person seemed like the senior one among the two even sent me away with a sarcastic "bye" when I told her how horrible the whole experience was. Never going to buy from LJ again only because of the rude staff they've got. They really need to learn a thing or two about customer service. Bloody expensive products and the crappiest customer service!
Every time I go there, the door always shut and says back in 10min. The young staff seems very sloppy and bad work ethic. You can tell that she is not interested in her work. I hope the staff can be more helpful to elevate the experience of shopping.

24/9 Claudia was extremely patient and helpful. I've never tried clothes from Lorna Jane, a friend gave me a $100 gift card 18months ago, that I haven't used I know. It has 3 years expiry, and last Saturday I decided to use it as the store ahs a 25% promo. Claudia was very helpful, unlike other sales staff who can be impatient or intimidating, she was very easy going in assisting me, who obviously don't know what I am looking for! Juggling other customers and highschool girls trying clothes here and there. However, my gift card was declined saying it was invalid. She offered, voluntarily - to contact the retail support for me, and reserve my purchases until I am ready. She contacted me early on Monday that my gift card should be okay now and my items are still waiting for me in the store. She said she will be not be in the store this week, but made a note to the girls on the shift when I pick it up. I appreciate it Claudia. Thank you. Xx Abby
Had a lovely shopping experience at Chatswood store. Awesome customer service by Christina North Chrissy. Bought gym wear for the first time and Chrissy was very patient, listened to my needs, communicated well and did not get annoyed with my repeated questions. Chrissy was very knowledgeable for all the products and gave me good advice. I enjoy wearing my gym wear and will recommend it to my friends too. Thanks Chrissy for awesome shopping experience and thanks Lorna Jane for making very comfortable gym wear.
I have bought this brand for several years and have been happy but at the store, service was slow waited 15 mins to pay and was given the incorrect colour tops wanted black and purple but was given grey and pink. Had to travel back to the store for a refund. I can't return one top because I cut the tags before realising it wad the wrong colour. Not sure about shopping here again. Good products but service could use improvement. Have provided my feedback to the brand's Facebook
The girls at the store are and friendly, and they sorted my order exchange fairly quickly. The materials of the leggings are quite good too, last a long time.
After trying to get instore as there's always a sign saying back in 10min, found what I was looking for but I could not purchase the items as they don't accept cash.
Is really disappointing..i been given wrong information..try on in store with no my size and lady suggested get online and get 2 size and return the size that not my size …but by the time i return it different lady said they only giving gift card because of sale item … i should been told before i buy but ..this is look like force me buy something here even tho the card last 3 year ..bad bad bad service !!!!!! I need my money back is only $55 but instead i got gift card which I believe i dont use …
I called Chatswood store asking for a specific item and they said no and that the George Street store might have it. I asked for the George Street store number and the lady said “just look it up on the website”. I shop regularly at Lorna Jane and I don’t pay $100 for a sportsbra for this substandard service.
