Staff are very friendly and helpful. I don’t often post but this is a requirement because of the excellent customer service
I noticed the Aussie workers tend to give a better service to Aussie customers. When comes to Asian customers, they tend to stay away. I’m Asian from the US didn’t get used to this because all the shops in the US give great customer service to everyone. I think the workers here need to learn from US.
Arrogant staff
Great price but SLOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWW service. Waited in line for a single cashier for 10 minutes this evening. There were associates walking in and out of the cashier area but no one bothered to open an extra desk to serve a line of disgruntled customers.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Glue is always good
Great service from all the workers. Besides one African-American guy who is completely hopeless, who appeared to be under the influence of drugs while working on the register. He was so slow, I honestly would say a sloth is faster.

Just wanted to say thanks heaps for helping me out with replacing my jeans I lost when travelling in Bali. They were my fave pair and fit just perfect so it was great for you to track down a pair in another store and then call me when they came in. Great service and really good gear.
