I had an alteration on my ball dress and because I've never had alterations before I didn't know what to expect. But when I saw my ball dress it looked and still does look good as new, can't even tell it was altered! Also the customer service was great and the price was reasonable
Excellent customer service. Always friendly staff that know what they are doing. I am very impressed with their level of professionalism and efficiency. The prices are very affordable too.
I had a little delicate lace type blouse altered collar removed I was a bit doubtful it could be done without ruining the top but they did a brilliant job for fair price I was very happy indeed now won't trust anyone else!
Took my pants straight from the drycleaners to here to have them taken up. Went to pack them for a wedding and they had a big food stain on them, luckily noticed and had another suit. Went back to the store and they would no help or admit fault in any way....not even a hint of an apology. Will never return i suggest you do the same !
