Extremely disappointed this Karrinyup store would not honour a $20 gift voucher for my child from a Xmas Kringle gift. Advising us that when staff sell 2 vouchers at a time the 2nd voucher offer isn't activated. Manager Layla phoned the voucher enquiry line to request assistance and they couldn't help as the original purchase could not be found on their computer system so basically not believing that the voucher had been purchased. The staff member that did not activate the voucher on 10/12/22 is Zoe. I have to say I expect better service and for vouchers to be honoured as my daughter has now missed out on spending her kris kringle gift. Money has been wasted. This ZERO star rating will be changed to a 5 star rating if this issue is fixed as we've always loved City Beach and the fashion that they provide for my children. Thank you. Nicole UPDATE: Unfortunately it was the staff member that never loaded or charged the voucher correctly despite filling out the requested voucher required to purchase with the amount and purchase date as proof of payment. Still disappointing for the child that received it at xmas time. This had nothing to do with loading a Grab N Go card.
Necklace was not put in with my bag with other purchases. When I called back to say it wasn’t there. Was told there was nothing they could do. Since I shop at City Beach at least once a month I am not impressed. I will be boycotting the shop and so will my teenage children. City Beach has just lost a lot of custom.
The staff here are INCREDIBLE! Literally the best customer service I have received from a city beach and I would 100% recommend shopping at the Karrinyup store!
I went for a big shop of new clothes and had a great experience, pretty sure it was a relatively new manager that did a great job ensuring I had everything I needed!
I don't know what problem the girl serving me with having the attitude she had & she was very rude and wouldn't give me the price as advertised on their website for a $15 bottle opener and was adamant about charging me extra for no reason so I left would not recommend the customer service
This weekend there was barely anyone in the store and I was trying a shoe and got stepped over by a staff member. Then trying to checkout and they are having a chat as I’m waiting to pay…. Worst customer service
I received a gift from this store and they want a receipt to exchange the products that did not fit as is too small.. that's ridiculous.. I will never spend 1 more cent in this place, and recommend to everyone to do the same.
Honestly the worst City Beach I've ever been too. The customer service there was appalling. Very rude and not helpful at all
If I had one day left on earth, I would go to City Beach and wait in line to pay because then it would feel like I’d live forever.
The girls you have working there are too busy socialising. Can't even greet a customer when they enter the store.
