Best steaks my husband and I have ever had in a very long time. Food was delicious and so were cocktails. Steaks perfectly cooked to medium rare and the jus on the side was Devine. Wait staff were lovely and really bubbly. Atmosphere was a really good vibe. 10/10 no faults.

We came for brunch. Ordered 2 rounds of mimosas, crispy chicken baos and kaarage chicken followed by flat white coffees. Can't fault our experience here because it was all pretty flawless. The chicken baos especially were delicious and the highlight. We were served by Sheila and she was pleasant, welcoming and proactive with waiting on our table. They also have a good range and variety of food and drinks on their menus which I look forward to trying for future visits. Thanks Longroom, from another satisfied customer

Being at the heart of Ponsonby, this place has always enjoyed a premium advantage. Overall the place has a good vibe but could get extremely crowded on Saturday nights. Security staff could do a better job at allowing appropriate people inside. There have been instances when people were way too drunk to behave and subsequently caused havoc. Food is okay, prices are okay considering the location. Staff members are usually generous and friendly. However, there was this one time when we were asked to give up the cushions in our pod for others even though we had a reservation. I don't know if it's still the case but fruit juices were given for free once upon a time. Has so much potential for being one of the best places to chill in Auckland.

I have traveled the world and eaten in more restaurants than I can remember, and the service and professionalism I experienced at the longroom was second to none. Congratulations to you on your staff, however much you are paying them, they deserve more. The food was awesome as well

Goody goody goody!! They showed me their hall of wonders! You have to order "St Clements Ashen Yule" from the menu - secret item! It did NOT disappoint. The employees are well trained to use the harness and made sure that I couldn't wander too far in - when it all becomes dark Food: 5/5

Love the short room and generally love coming here for a dance. Last night there were way too many people crammed in, making it impossible to dance or move in general. There should be lower capacity limits to enable a safe and fun night out.

Came here for lunch today, super impressive. Environment nice and clean with special outside dining area, bar decorates so well too. Staffs are all friendly and professional with lovely smile. Food quality 5/5. Service 5/5 environment 5/5

Attended a spoofing function host was excellent service was outstanding. Food was very good highly recommend
