Not enough stars for this place. Food is top notch. Staff are simply great and friendly and attentive without being intrusive or in your face. The views here are just stunning. Decor is top quality and easy on the eye. My only very minor gripe was the dinner and breakfast menus have a bit of a small selection. All in all I cannot fault this place.
We have two nights booked in here for dinner. If our first night is anything to by, we are in for a treat. The food was delicious. The service impeccable. And we can't wait to return.
Beautiful food, amazing food, stunning views ! We enjoyed breakfast and dinner here! Tenille and Katie were so great and were attentive and friendly and provided great service. The quality of food was outstanding! The drinks amazing too and we really were impressed with the cocktails made by Isaac. A beautiful setting to enjoy your breakfast and dinner! Highly recommend
What an amazing dining experience we had at Long Pavilion. The first bite at the Waygu entry was a “wow”. Such diversity with many ingredients yet so well balanced. We ordered two fish dishes for Main and they were very generous sized. Beside the food and the beautiful pool facing lounge room, what made Qualia so special is it’s service. From the girl serving the table to the person looking after drinks in the lounge, they were all well presented and very knowledgeable about the dishes and drinks. We don’t stay at Qualia this time and after dinner we headed to another place in Marina. They offered free transport to take us down. I smelled this beautiful scent before I left and I asked what it is and I wanted to purchase one. Luke who was so kind, he firstly delivered us to Marina then went back to grab the candle and delivered to us again. We were not even guests of the hotel! We can’t recall everyone’s name or we would really prefer to mention them here. I believe what makes a 5 star a 5 star is all about service and we have witnessed the highest industry standards tonight.
Great knowledgeable staff and more importantly excellent food. Breakfast, dinner and tasting menu were all delightful! Check-in is also done here and you will always see new visitors being awed by the view of the entrance.
Was fortunate enough to have my elopement dinner here! Wow! It will always be a night to remember. Stunning ambience and view. An impressive food and drinks menu- the best pina colada I’ve ever had! Staff were so accommodating, friendly and attentive. It has to be the best place I’ve ever dined at in terms of staff professionalism. The team also went above and beyond to store and serve my wedding cake. I know once it was cut, they added extra strawberries and decorations etc to make it even more special. 11/10!!
Well you really don't have many choices on the island, I brought my parents there and we loved the food especially the wagyu. Service was great. The views were absolutely breath-taking but sadly we could only book for 6pm dining as the earliest, so two seconds after we went in the sky just became super dark. :' Hopefully I can come back ASAP for the amazing views.
Great service and food. Breakfast served here is super fun trying to avoid your breakfast being snatched by the omelette thieving kookaburra! Awesome dinners and a fantastic view
Best experience in the Whitsundays. Stunning location, amazing food and perfect service. A special mention to Gen and Jody for making our dining experiences extra special. There is no better place to eat on Hamilton Island - we experienced a few other venues and they don’t even come close. A great wine list too.
Food that will have your taste buds wanting for more! Absolutely amazing options for vegetarians and the service is the best you can ever hope for!
