We very much enjoyed our honeymoon at the Beach Club, staying for 8 nights. The staff and service were fantastic, including when we needed to postpone, and it was the ideal location for a quiet, relaxing getaway. We loved relaxing by the pool overlooking the beach, and swimming in the infinity pool. The restaurant is fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed every meal we ate there, and the included breakfast was delicious with the staff happy to adjust menu items and cater to our every request. Our room had an incredible view of the beach and palm trees and the service was excellent. We particularly appreciated fresh beach towels constantly being provided, including during turn down if they had been used. The transport service was also really helpful, with the staff happy to drop us wherever we wanted on the island. Our room was lovely, the only concern being the mattress not being particularly comfortable and in need of being changed clear sag spots where people lie. The wardrobe also smelled like smoke throughout our stay transferring to our clothes which was very strange in a non-smoking room. Overall, we had an amazing stay with a picturesque location, wonderful service and attentive staff. The manager even remembered specifics about us! Would highly recommend choosing the beach club for your Hamilton Island accommodation.
Had an amazing stay here recently. staff and service were faultless, really enjoyed the food and the pool and views! Kangaroos are hanging about the front lawn. Easy access to pool, beach, and sports center during your stay. Very private and quiet. Highly recommend if your after a romantic break awayRooms: 5/5
Absolutely amazing holiday at the beach club on Hamilton island. It all started with them working with us on delayed flights to ensure we got to our spa booking. Driving us to all our engagements every day. The food at their on-site restaurant was superb. Recommend the chili scrambled eggs! The staff was super friendly and very accommodating of any request. As a place to get away from the every day family life and reconnect it was amazing. Can't wait to go back again! Highly recommend room 112 as it has great access to everything!
This was an amazing place to stay. Our family holiday 5 adults was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. We didn't need to leave he resort for the 4 days we were there. From the moment we were collected from the marina to when they dropped us back to the marina we felt looked after. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The food was great and we liked that breakfast was available until 10:30 every morning. Having no kids at the resort and private beach access as well as beach chairs just for guests at the resort was the highlight of the stay.
Amazing stay. The whole experience was beyond any expectations. The staff were warm, friendly and all the team went above and beyond. A big smile and welcoming from Jorja really made for a exceptional experience. The amazing meals served in the restaurant are of 5 stars and staff went above and beyond. Daily checks from Ned who was super friendly and welcoming. The staff made this stay one of our best holidays and the views are well breathtaking. A must visit and stay. I don’t normally make positive reviews but this place is a hidden gem and we will back to take in that beautiful space that opens onto the gorgeous beach
Loved it, we decided to stay elsewhere just for a change the second time round and just after one night at reef view we ended up back here as we couldn't stay anywhere but here. Thankfully they had room to take us otherwise our trip would have been such a waste of time, cost and a nightmare. Cleanliness was always on point and customer service I could not fault. Always absolutely amazing. Could not fault it and can't thank beach club enough. Will definitely stay here for our entire stay in the future!!
Resort 4/5: For the price you pay the rooms are outdated and the service is hit or miss. We stayed on both the ground & second floor, and the ground level is by far nicer with the patio. The deck on the upstairs could be so much cooler but they just have a sad thin couch up there tucked in the corner another detail that you shouldn’t miss spending $900 AUD a night. Another small detail again wouldn’t complain about this if the hotel weren’t so expensive the two twin mattresses pushed together as a king bed was extremely noticeable & hard in the center. Food 2/5: SO disappointing & unacceptable for the prices. I get it’s a resort and island so there will be a premium, but we felt sick both times we ate at the resort and ended up just going to the grocery store and having our own meal in our room. Also, the “poke” bowl doesn’t come with poke.. but has an option to add on chicken or smoked salmon. Again, I understand it’s a resort but would expect them to take a little bit of pride in their food. The service in the restaurant was also very hit or miss. Some servers were very on top of it and others seemed entirely unaware or uninterested in helping us.
This hotel far surpassed my expectations! My husband and I decided to take a holiday before our first child arrives in December. I let the hotel know that I would be about 6 months pregnant and arrived to the room with a beautiful personalized gift, alcohol free drinks and a pregnancy pillow. The hotel has your itinerary if you book any activities/restaurants and offers a shuttle schedule to help you get around the island. We weren't able to get a buggy hire but we didn't miss it because the shuttle was just as easy and they dropped everything to get us straight away. The pool area is adults only with a heated pool and table service including amazing mocktails. All the activities on the beach like snorkel, kayak, and sailing are included. We ate dinner at Beach Club one night and it was the best meal we had on the island. Right in front of catseye beach with great table service and unexpected palette cleansers in between. There's a list of things that the staff do for you without asking and coming here was such a relaxing experience. Definitely worth the money if you're looking for some down time.
Lovely location, the view is breathtaking. The breakfast service was very slow this morning, hoping it will be better tomorrow. All other services have been excellent. Rooms: 4/5
Excellent Beach Restaurant, Dinner was delicious. With the addition of Amuse Bouche and a Sorbet Course a real fine dining. Don’t forget to enjoy with the wine pairing - nice journey of mainly Australian wines arround the continent. Friendly and welcoming staff during the whole evening. Reserve in advance for the rare tables directly on the beach barefoot experience
