Super friendly staff, easy to get in a lap swim, and the water felt great. My only quibble is the bathroom/shower area, they felt in need of a good scrub.
We have been going to this pool on and off for years now. The swim teachers are nice and seem to be a good team. It's very outdated as a facility. Though they have been upgrading some small things like replacing the 10 year old change tables etc it often feels very dirty even when it isn't. I definitely would not recommend taking anyone that might be unsteady on their feet as the tiles are extremely slippery and all members of our young family have slipped!
The staff are very friendly and helpful but the pool itself is run down and needs maintenance urgently.nIt's not overly friendly to people with mobility issues, the water is cold, and not very deep 1.2m in both pools... no deep or shallow end.nChanging rooms are very good. Sizeable, clean and functional.
I went to see what the pool was like and the young girl behind the counter seemed that she didn't know what she was talking about. Showed little interest andasked questions on the gym she was at a loss. Not a good recommendation for the poolthe gym.
