I've read all the old reviews, and there are many complaining about people or the pool itself that, simply put, just don't apply today. I swim in the pool, the lanes usage are clearly marked, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are always classes happening, lessons, and people in the gym. The large pool temp is perfect for training, but if you are just floating about it may be a little cool. Thanks to staff and management for their efforts, and smiles!

over the last couple of weeks my daughter had a swim class at the Logan west center and she is in the learning to swim class level 1...this class is suppose to have 4 kids to 1 instructor this day it had 5...i reported this to front desk where the guy I spoke to said he will get right on it! he did nothing, didn't rectify the situation, nothing!! Most of the time in this class it is spent waiting for children to behave and sit against a wall....the kids are waiting up to 10mins just to take 1 turn up the pool (which isnt far maybe 5 meters) this is not worth anyone's money! the staff don't correct any techniques..they don't let the child know to straighten there legs, point toes so they aren't progressing because they think what they are doing is right! last week there was feces in the pool, they didn't get the kids out and they just let them keep doing there lesson and closed the pool after they were out....this is an health and safety issue and I find it disgusting that they let the kids swim around with poo in the pool! ! save your money look around and find somewhere where they actually give a dam!

the staff are very nice and helpful. and there is a pool for kids. a pool for adults and 2 slides. perfect for a lazy sunday dip. and there is nothing better than having a picnic dinner under the wineglass at night. it is magical.

Been around for years. Still provides the necessarry facilities to do some good training. Little old and worn but still decent.

Firstly when I signed up for the gym the lady behind the counter said it wasn't a lock in contract and that I could leave at any time she repreated this over and over again and I agreed. Secondly months after I called up seeing if I could cancel my membership I got told to bugger off over the phone. And that I wouldn't be getting it canceled. A few weeks later I called up again and got the number of the manager who I tired to call a few times and he never go back to me I got promised by staff they would cancely contract. I went in to the pool and spoke to someone and gave them all the details to "cancel" the contact I'm still getting charged to this day
