This place is THE Best! It's a geat way to meet new people and the place is full of energy making it easier for anyone to feel motivated in getting out and active! The Coaches are ALWAYS there to help you, guide you and encourage you to challenge yourself!

I've tried lots of gyms, Les Mills classes and Crossfit, which are great but nothing compares to F45 for the best all round conditioning, functional and cardio fitness, not to mention being able to just get in and get it done in 45 minutes with no delayed starts or running over time. I haven't tried other F45 studios and don't need to, as at F45 Browns Plains all the trainers are awesome and so supportive, the atmosphere at every class is fantastic, and with six to seven classes a day during the week, from 4.45am to 6.30pm, there's no excuse for not being able to fit it in to a busy work schedule or around shift work. It's so good you want to go back every day! It may be a bit more expensive that a standard gym, but the results you get are more than worth it and it's as good as having a daily personal trainer.

Great atmosphere! I did the 7day free trial and the owners Emily & Conan were so welcoming and training was so intense but I was happy to know I was actually really working out. I signed up after the 7day trial and so far it's been amazing.
