I had totally hit rock bottom when I first called lives lived well about going into rehab. From that first phone call, I have never felt so supported and honestly cared about. My journey throughout was filled with ups and downs, but there was always someone to talk me through and offer the support I needed. All the staff are caring and just want the best for the residents to ensure they are successful in helping themselves overcome there addictions. Yes, there are a few rules, but there are rules in society we all need to follow, and addiction can often make us overlook this fact. I am happy to say I am still going strong after 2 months of finishing the program at Logan house. I would like to thank each and every staff member who helped me on my journey there because they really helped me change myself and my outlook on life. I would highly recommend it to anyone who struggles with addiction.
I h ave the best words to say on this place. I went in a wasted soul, no life I hated me and life. I came out a new man with pride and love of life. I recommend this to any addict no matter what. The staff are great and meals are great. There is heaps of support if your running rough. It's only 6 weeks to change your life and it worked for me.2 months sober and don't even think about it this place saved my life and I won't forget that.
This is the best rehab I have ever experienced. The staff for families are fantastic, approachable, understanding, educated and caring. They are so professional and friendly. I am thriving here and my children love it. I would highly recommend this place and am very grateful to be here.
The Staff and Program is great. My time at Logan House ,was the best investment of time I've made .

Do not waste your time and money on this place!! I went to Logan house to help with my ice addiction of 10yrs. I went in as a smoker and after 10yrs on ice and only 3 weeks at logan house I had left injecting and worse than what I was to begin with! I Went back for a second time being told I could come back to complete the program after being abused by a resident and punching a door in frustration after 4days of reporting the incident only to be told they don't have enough proof to believe me! For 2 weeks inbetween I received a phone call every day I confirmed that I only had to finish where I left off because I had surgery booked. After returning and paying $1000 I then am told I have to start from day 1 again which I couldn't do due too surgery which they knew about! It has been a battle for months and months now trying to get refunded the $1000 I was charged for 1 night at Logan house! The people who can help Jenny who is never there and Nikki are never available to speak too and never call me back or reply to my messages. Constantly am told someone will return my call but never do. They prescribe everybody seroquel they take all your rights away from you. Was told they would help with my cigarette smoking addiction and the only help I had was my packet confiscated and ended up paying over $250 in nicotine relief bye week 2. Constantly threating to kick out residents for the most ridiculous reasons. The place is an absolute joke! I've stayed in contact with about 15 residents I met here, everysingle one of them are still battling there addictions and some like myself came out worse! DO NOT GO HERE!! Just too be clear No body has tried to contact me.
No support for families and no advice for family questions. They do not in listen to families of addicts in their facilities.
