Consistently unreliable and frustrating.nThe 551 and 561 bus services from the CBD to Logan are hands down the worst I’ve experienced. Services are frequently cancelled without any notice, and even when they do run, they are almost never on time.nnThis service has gotten significantly worse over the past two years. Outbound buses during peak hours from Brisbane CBD often don’t even turn up. Wait times are regularly a minimum of 45 minutes due to unannounced cancellations.nnInbound or outbound, both routes are completely unreliable.nThere’s no point trying to plan around them. If negative stars were an option, I’d give them without hesitation
Shocked to see this bus driver driving 95+ km/hr in a 80 km/hr right up the rear of my car. I had vehicles in front of me travelling at the correct speed limit. Stay away!! No safety. Imagine if there was passengers onboard! Shocking!
Dangerous and reckless driving by one of the Clarks drivers today on the motorway by the Hyperdome. The 555, 48CBS at 9.32am Our lane was ending, and we were half a car length ahead of the front of his bus, so we accelerated slightly to get ahead, however the driver deliberately sped up to prevent us from merging. We literally ran out of road! We had no choice but to accelerate hard and push in ahead of him as to our left was the concrete barrier. Very poor and dangerous driving!!
Useless service. 551 and 561 buses are never on time and half the time simply don’t turned up. Clark buses are just milking government and council just wasting tax payers money on them with no KPI for them on buses availability and running on schedule. They should hire someone from busy city council buses to show them on how to run services. Bus drivers also needs training from Brisbane city council as there is big difference between drivers of both companies. State government should make them accountable. Should not pay them free money for third class bus service.
Typical Clarkes buses. Cancel several morning services EVERY MORNING FOR MORE THAN A YEAR. Without fail; the only consistent thing with Clarkes; cancellations. Sometimes notifications on translink app, sometimes not. Always blame staff issues. Yesterday, two consecutive cancellations due to mechanicanical issues. Today? Just nothing. No service and no notifications. As every day, deplorable service clarkes. Congratulations on being consistently bad.
