Called them for a key change on a Saturday paid $260 for the call out plus keys fine. Second time I went to use the lock it got stuck open. Called them back to be told that the lock had to be changed and it would cost $440 on top as it was mentioned that the lock needed replacing. I find that hard to believe as it was working fine to begin with I just wanted keys changed. The arrogance was what tipped me over the edge can’t justify spending money with people like that be aware.

Great service on the phone and in person. Stephen was lovely and made my home safe and secure in the busy period leading up to Christmas. Highly recommend!

I've had keys made here twice, and each time it has been an easy and pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there's never been a problem with the product, and I always recommend it when friends need a key cut done.

Stephen was super quick in attending our property and really efficient in looking at various solutions to gain access to the apartment. Local Locksmith worked quickly to get us in the apartment, with a very high quality of workmanship. Thank you
