I don't even know where to start. I had a terrible experience  with this place. They failed to help me and even forced their advise on to me. I was lucky enough to come across a lovely lady from Aussie after I decided stop using there services (Loan Gallery). Aussie helped me get a loan with my current savings and only took 2 days max to get back to me. I had to keep on chasing them (Loan Gallery) for like 2 weeks and in the end they failed to help me. Just a friendly advise to new home buyers not all brokers are the same, Loan gallery just happens to be the worst I came across.

They were my broker when I purchased my first house. It began well as they presented very welcoming and polite and showed me a few products. I decided to go ahead with them and followed their advice, stretched myself a bit thinking I could do it.
Then during my progressive loan period, out of no where I was asked to pay a whopping 7k unexpectedly due to their miscalculation. I rang up, the broker blamed me for ' are you telling me you didn't read the contract properly, it's also your responsibility'. When I needed the money most, when I had to pay my ongoing rent, I had to borrow the 7k from families and friends to make that up. 
I do not recommend this company. Was very irresponsible and rude and they were making money from me!!! 
Do your homework and shop around.

I wasted my time here, Peter has completely let me down. I succeeded with another broker from a different company. I'm just wondering why I choose this place.
