Had these people for a period of 2 and half years. Found  that they spoke bad of their clients behind their backs, so be it property owner or client. Did no maintenance of rental property,  if one day late complained your rent was due, even if paid a month in advance.  Could expand more but I'd be like them rude and incompetent. There are better agencies out and around Wynnum,  please go there. Last thing if house in poor state when entering,  take lots of photos for your own sake and do not trust this agency.

Excellent service and advice when selling my house. Sold very quickly. Would use them again.

Based on my experience I would caution anyone considering engaging this agency, be it for property sale or management.
