We have a couple of properties around Brisbane that Nicole, Amy and Eleesha look after in Clayfield (North side) and MacGregor (south side) of Brisbane. This office goes above and beyond what is required of them and understand the key fundamentals of communication and being completely transparent in every single occurrence in relations to our properties. They are willing to conduct an open home whenever there is interest in the property, no matter what time of day it is. They are prompt and very detailed in advising me of any feedback we have had on the property and that gives us a good indication of what to look for in the next property. 

I highly recommend this office and am considering moving another property to them, as the other office I have dealt with have been subpar in their communication and performance in comparison. 

LJ Hooker Clayfield have set the bar high in my expectations of excellent property managers.

Amy Hooper managed our rental for us in Clayfield. The property had been vacant with another agency for four week. LJ Hooker (Amy) took on the property and the advertisement was up and running that day! one week later tenants are moving in. Cannot recommend Amy Hooper strongly enough.

Nicole handled our tenancy when we moved to Brisbane and she was fantastic. We have rented lots of properties over the years but her customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend LJ Hooker Clayfield.

I can't recommend or thank Nicole from LJ Hooker Clayfield highly enough. After a very stressful 10 weeks with our unit listed with another agent, Nicole leased it within four days of listing.
