Clint's persistence and tenacity during our selling experience was nothing more than super-human. Through the ups and downs of the process he communicated everything to us concisely and in a timely manner. Although, it took longer than expected, we received what we wanted. If we had another house to sell in Townsville would not hesitate to go through Clint again.

I have just sold a house in Alice river through Clint, the same property as the one mentioned below in the reviews with a 1 star rating. Clint has gone above and beyond in the way that he has carried out the sale of our property. The house had a number of offers within a couple of hours. My wife and I were kept in touch with every step of the sale and the reason there was no response to the below is due to my wife and I telling Clint that we were not interested in the pending sale of another house. My wife and I would like to express our disappointment with Clint Wallis. We were trying to buy a house at Alice River,Townsville, but after many attempted phone calls, and even asking our friends in the area to go to the open house for us, he would not even talk to us regarding our interest. We are sure that the Vendors would not be happy to know that there was another buyer that was willing to put a bid in higher than the asking price,but never got an opportunity. We hope other Vendors see this, and think twice about letting this unprofessional person listing their property.  Reply: Now we know why they didn't talk to us, because my wife mentioned subject to sale, he obviously doesn't like doing business with people who have to sell a property first. Im sure all the offers they received were cash buyers,NOT..... Little did they know we had organised bridging finance. GO TO YOU TO BUY, UNLIKELY
