A good place for Malaysian food fix. I had the Nasi lemak beef rendang. It hits in all the right places. My wife had the mee rebus. It wasn't great, the sauce was a tad bit bland. Teh tarik here is amazingly good too. Much like home.
Very authentic Malaysian Malay restaurant. The whole family loved it and referred friends loved it too. Price is cheap for the satisfying home style food. Hard to find as it is on level 1 for those who hasn't been there before.
I dont even know where to start. They got my order wrong 3 times. I asked for seafood tomyum, I got chicken instead. I asked for cold milo and got hot instead tasted like water couldn't taste any milo. Asked for mild nasi goreng for the kids, I got extra spicy. One of my order never came. Took forever to cook. Not coming back to this place...terrible.
Went there on a weekday for a brunch. The waitress looked bit confused for a moment , because there were some people already waiting, just as they opened the restaurant. Food was fine, not the best Nasi Lemak i have tasted though.
Absolutely love the food here. Ordered Nasi Goreng Tom Yam Fried Tom Yam Rice and Nas Lemak, absolutely delicious. I'm a Malaysian and these food really symbolizes Malaysia. Come here for authentic Malaysian food.
Don't bother at all. They're not even busy and we can't seem to get a waiter to our table, in the end I had to go to their counter to talk to them. Firstly their menu states that there's meat in their curry puffs but there isn't meat in it at all. Upon going to the counter and telling the lady, her replied was "oh okay". Secondly we ordered the roti with chicken curry, it arrived with 2 little finger nail sized blobs, and when we poked it we saw that they were potatos! Again I had to go to the counter as they obviously don't know what the definition of waiter is. The lady barely acknowledge me and said sorry we will bring it to you as if they knew already they just gave us potatos. Anyway I could go on forever but to sum it up just don't bother. I know they're one of the very few halal restaraunts and you might be missing Malaysian food but just go make yourself a packet of instant meegoreng, and compared to that, the instant meegoreng would feel like a Michelin star meal.
Food was not good. Specially chicken satay. It was so sweet. I thought may be they cook with sugar. Customer service was good and well behaved.
food oklah..average..nothing special..but need to change notice of opening hours on their door. Visited the outlet yesterday but was closed but the notice on the door say otherwise. Owner need to put up correct notice of opening hours. Earlier I thought it is no longer in opetations.
Their nasi kerabu is the best. Price is average. My family's favourite Malaysian restaurant in the city now!
Not recommended. Slow and uncooked spring rolls. Prawns in nasi goreng were not cooked. Very quiet for a reason
