Went here tonight with a few friends 4 of us after being advised it was highly hyped. Worst margarita all four of us have ever had, $70 for a jug. Bill came to $190 and to be honest I'm not sure why it's hyped.. the tacos we tried zucchini, mushroom, fish, chicken, beef and pork and everything was so so. Service was great, staff were lovely but I could probably make a better taco.
Tried every type of taco at little hop for my first restaurant in Melbourne! The staff were so so lovely and gave me a free drink after I was ordering upon their recommendations. So kind of you guys! I appreciate it. You were also so attentive and took care of us well. The tacos were all fantastic flavour. My favourite was the beef with the table hot sauce YUM!. Be careful if you don't like spicy though, those hot sauces are not for the faint. The bean tacos were a close 2nd and were surprisingly super good. Same with the chicken tacos. All the food came out quickly as well! I do wish that the shop had a bulk deal on their tacos where you could save money depending on how much you ordered. Or some specials of the day depending on what products they have too much of. Thank you for your fantastic service, fantastic tequila collection, yummy tacos and my first experience in Melbourne!
The menu has a variety of tacos with both meat and vegetable options. Dined outside and ordered four of their tacos. For the beef, pork and chicken tacos, there were a lot of sauce but as I pick them up, the sauce dripped off quite easily leaving the meat pretty dry. Salsa helped a little but the meat itself does not have much flavour. The fish taco was the opposite; it was drenched with too much chipotle mayo that I can't taste anything else but the mayo. Service was good but unfortunately the tacos were just alright.
Brilliant. The tacos are delicious with great options and quite cheap. Margaritas delicious. Venue and atmosphere funky. Good spot for a quick bite or spend longer drinking through the tequila and craft beer menu.

Best Mexican ever! I had mushroom taco and Gorditas. So tasty and juicy Everyone else ate meat tacos and loved it too. The Don Julio tequila shot came with a nice chaser. Highly recommended!
Pretty cosy little spot. Was super busy when I visited but not overcrowded. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. The tacos and margaritas were delicious
So far, the BEST tacos I have come across in Melbourne. We ordered everything but the dessert on the menu, and everything was a stand out! The jalapeño Margherita for the win too! To the super friendly staff working Valentines Day, thank you, we had a fantastic time sitting at the bar!
Never been here before so wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m quite fussy with my dumplings. Parking was not too difficult thanks to Woolies The service was generally slow unfortunately but the staff were really friendly. In particular the young brunette lady service us was great with the kids Lilly? The dumplings were really good. In particular the aubergine dumpling was amazing. I’d go back just for that. Thanks again!
Best soft tacos in Melbourne. The fish taco and the zucchini tacos are amazing. As is the guac and a large choice of drinks available. Well worth a visit!Food: 5/5
